href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/vitamins\/ai\/ingredientmono-999\/beta-carotene\" data-metrics-link=\"\">\u03b2-\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20<\/a>\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0e\u53f6\u9ec4\u7d20\u548c\u7389\u7c73\u9ec4\u8d28\u7b49\u542b\u6c27\u53f6\u9ec4\u7d20\uff08\u4e00\u79cd\u5bcc\u542b\u6c27\u6c14\u7684\u690d\u7269\u8272\u7d20\uff09\u5173\u7cfb\u66f4\u5bc6\u5207\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7269\u8d28\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u773c\u775b\u5065\u5eb7\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u85fb\u7c7b\u548c\u9175\u6bcd\u81ea\u7136\u4ea7\u751f\u5e76\u79ef\u7d2f\u867e\u9752\u7d20\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5c0f\u9f99\u867e\u3001\u9f99\u867e\u3001\u78f7\u867e\u3001\u9c91\u9c7c\u3001\u9cdf\u9c7c\u3001\u867e\u548c\u8783\u87f9\u7b49\u6d77\u6d0b\u7269\u79cd\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7269\u79cd\u5c06\u8fd9\u79cd\u8272\u7d20\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u98df\u7269\u94fe\u4e0a\u3002\u7532\u58f3\u7c7b\u52a8\u7269\u5728\u5176\u58f3\u548c\u8089\u4e2d\u79ef\u7d2f\u867e\u9752\u7d20\uff0c\u800c\u9c91\u9c7c\u548c\u9cdf\u9c7c\u5219\u5728\u5176\u8089\u4e2d\u79ef\u7d2f\u8fd9\u79cd\u8272\u7d20\u3002\u98df\u7528\u5bcc\u542b\u867e\u9752\u7d20\u7684\u6d77\u9c9c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u60a8\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u76ca\u5904\u3002<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2
